The global recognition and value of impact investing continues to increase, but there is still much room for improvement.

The mobilization of capital to enterprises and activities that create positive social change has faced multiple challenges – including the need to be able to effectively speak about impact in a consistent language and manage the effects of investments. However, recent advances from initiatives including the Impact Management Project have sought to improve this and assist impact funds to maximise the social returns of their investments.
